The material in this book is illustrated both with simple examples and with more complex results of numerical experiments. So, the authors of the monograph try to attract the attention of a more or less wide circle of researchers to new approaches which can result in some impulse to the creation of new technologies of planning the experiments, and the investigation of complex systems while solving applied problems.
