Barry Parker (1867 1944) was a leading figure in the Arts and Crafts Movement in England. In partnership with Raymond Unwin he planned the world's first 'Garden City', at Letchworth, and London's Hampstead Garden Suburb. They also designed many individual houses and other buildings.
