Ich hatte Gelegenheit, einzelne Teile davon an Workshops in Stanford und spater in Basel zur Diskussion zu stellen, sowie am 5. Weltkongress der Econometric Society in Boston, der Tagung der European Finance Association in Bern und dem Konstanzer Seminar on Monetary Theory and Policy vorzutragen.
