Managing technology is increasingly important for firms. This book examines the issues and policy implications in the European context. Drawing on extensive research the focus of the book is on firm-level competences underlying technology management, and the policy instruments which can be used to promote them. The book is published in conjunction with the European Commission, and includes contributions from experts in the field.
