An explanation of the engineering profession's code of ethics, using case studies drawn from decisions of the National Society of Professional Engineers' (NSPE) Board of Ethical Review. It examines ethical challenges in engineering, construction, and project management. There are study questions to supplement general engineering survey courses, and a list of references is provided to aid practising engineers explore topics in depth.
