This book examines the history of their citizenship status and asks whether it is possible for indigenous Australians to be members of a common society on equal terms with others. Rocky and Blue are at it again. This time they manage to piss off a Mexican drug cartel but with some timely help from Annie and a pack of wolf dogs they have a fighting chance. They even have a secret weapon named Killer who is a 35 year old stud with no teeth and a fondness for mesquite beans.

This time they roam Arizona's backcountry prospecting for rare earth minerals. This attracts the interest of some oriental bad guys who hope to corner America's rare earth deposits. Along the way Rocky and Craven piss off a ruthless drug smuggler and a politically ambitious action movie star. Bullets fly and heads get busted as Rocky and Craven match wits with the bad guys.
