Old Solaria has finally been found. The planet Solaria hosts a two-week celebration to commemorate the discovery of their ancient home world. It is the perfect place for the galaxy's top politicians to gather and reinforce old alliances and make new ones. Meanwhile, the remaining crew on board the Sunflower inadvertently get sent on a mission to gather information for the Alliance. However, they find that the information they are sent to obtain is not at all what they anticipated.

After years of secrecy, Hiricula's massive naval fleet has finally been constructed. The fleet is ready to enact the High Council's master plan and try to conquer the Alliance in one bold strike. Will the Hiriculans be able to impose their will on an unsuspecting galaxy? Meanwhile, Earth discovers that there is intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy. Their response to the news: -I guess we are going to build a Navy and go to war. That seems like the only logical course of action.-
