Poetry. Joseph V. Ricapito is a professor of Spanish, Italian, and Comparative Literature at Louisiana State University and holds the Joseph S. Yenni Distinguished Chair for the Department of Italian Studies. He holds degrees from Brooklyn College, CUNY, University of Iowa, and a PhD in Romance Languages from the University of California at Los Angeles.
