Holiday, a beautiful Palestinian Christian girl of American origin, knows that she and her husband Edward came from different worlds but she couldn't imagine how deep the abyss separating them was. She has to fight for her dignity as a free woman against the mores of the Arab patriarchal society. Her desire to ride her horse "Storm" collides with the values of her traditional Arab husband, the "tycoon" of Palestine during the British mandate.
