Diese Arbeit tritt dieser Auffassung mit dem Postulat weitestgehender Gestaltungsfreiheit des Erblassers entgegen. Analysiert wird dazu u.a. die deutsche Rechtsprechung zu sittenwidrigen Potestativbedingungen seit 1888."
