The EERO Link by Betty Fox While working at a block of flats, a young window cleaner, Pieter Willenski, sees a woman being battered to death by someone he thinks is a burglar. Pieter is a Bosnian asylum seeker who is reluctant to get involved with the police, and decides to report the matter to a private detective (Deborah Vale) who is based in the next block of flats. The woman who was attacked, a Mrs Cathy Watson, is an executive of a charity called EERO (East European Refugee Organisation) which brings refugees from Bosnia to England, getting them jobs and accommodation.......................
