This is a true account of how, following a disaster in CERN on 5 April 2012, you and everyone else on Earth stopped living.
The disaster was caused by a particle called a "Cosmic Monopole," which had been wandering the Universe since the Big Bang. It was trapped by one of the CERN detectors and transformed into a black hole. This grew, absorbed two men and, moments later, time stopped everywhere in the universe except near fragments of mysterious blue crystal: Time Crystals.

This continues the true account of how, following a disaster in CERN on 5 April 2012, you and everyone else on Earth stopped living. In Volume 1, Illustrated Cosmic Monopole, two men were absorbed by a black hole at CERN and found themselves outside the universe, which was merely a tiny Cosmic Egg in the land of Entroilians. Chinese-Irish scientist Michael Zhang was transformed into a gigantic Entroilian larva. To stop other humans following him, he broke the Egg's shell. Time stopped everywhere in the universe except near the shell's fragments or Time Crystals.
