Mafuyu, who’s been spending a lot of time at Ugetsu and Akihiko’s place, learns...

Für die Band steht endlich der langersehnte große Gig an, für den sie so hart geprobt haben. Doch obwohl die Jungs in Kürze die Bühne betreten müssen, sieht sich Mafuyu noch immer nicht in der Lage seinen Song zu singen. Daraufhin kommt es fast zum Streit mit Ritsuka und zu allem Überfluss reißt auch noch eine Saite von Mafuyus Gitarre. Alles scheint vorbei zu sein, bevor es überhaupt begonnen hat. Dank Harukis besonnenem Handeln legt die Band jedoch einen fulminanten Auftritt hin, der dem Publikum den Atem raubt. Mafuyu ist danach in Tränen aufgelöst und auch Ritsuka verlässt...

Uenoyama ist hundemüde. Doch als er seinen Lieblingsschlafplatz in der Schule ansteuert, ist der schon besetzt: vom traurigen Mafuyu und seiner Gitarre mit gerissenen Saiten.
