A brand new additional to Faber's wonderful new series, entitled Choral Signature Series which presents new or recently composed choral music written by a diverse and eclectic selection of composers. Matthew Martin was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford and the Royal Academy of Music. He subsequently held positions at New College, Oxford and Canterbury Cathedral before moving to Westminster Cathedral as assistant Master of Music in 2004. He is active as a composer, organ recitalist, improviser and conductor.
