Election Observer Group Report on the Zimbabwe Elections, July 2000.The observations, conclusions and recommendations of an observer mission constituted by the Secretary-General at the request of the Zimbabwean government and with the agreement of all significant political parties.

These Election Reports are the observations, conclusions and recommendations of Commonwealth Observer Groups. The Secretary-General constitutes these observer missions at the request of governments and with the agreement of all significant political parties. At the end of a mission, a report is submitted to the Secretary-General, who makes it available to the government of the country in question, the political parties concerned and to all Commonwealth governments. The report eventually becomes a public document.

The report of the Commonwealth Observer Group for Nigeria's national assembly and presidential elections held on 12 and 19 April 2003. The group was chaired by HE Dr Salim Ahmed Salim, former prime minister of the United Republic of Tanzania and former Secretary-General of the Organisation of African Unity, and was comprised of 14 eminent persons in total. The Report of the Commonwealth Observer Group for the Seychelles Presidential Election. The Group was led by Dr Julian R Hunte, the former Foreign Minister of St Lucia, and comprised five eminent persons in total.

The report of the Commonwealth Observer Group for Kenya's general election held on 27 December 2002. The group was chaired by Professor Adebayo Adedeji, former Federal Commissioner (Minister) for Economic Development and Reconstruction of Nigeria and founder of the African Centre for Development and Strategic Studies, and was comprised of 9 observers in total. The group found the electoral process to be credible, the conditions existed for a free expression of the will by the electors and the results reflected the wishes of the people.

The report of the Commonwealth Expert Team for Rwanda's Legislative Elections, held 16-18 September 2013. The Team was led by Mr Tiro Seeletso, Secretary to the Independent Electoral Commission of Botswana, and was comprised of 2 eminent persons. The Commonwealth Expert Team found that overall, the elections were peaceful and provided for the key democratic electoral benchmarks such as freedom of association, expression, and universal suffrage. The Team further noted that the National Electoral Commission was well prepared and mobilised to conduct the elections.

The report of the Commonwealth Observer Mission for the Swaziland National Elections, held 20 September 2013. The Mission was led by Dr Bakili Muluzi, former President of the Republic of Malawi, and was comprised of 5 eminent persons. The Commonwealth Observer Mission found that the elections were generally well organised, but fell short of meeting Swaziland's key international obligations for democratic elections. The report of the Commonwealth Expert Team for Cameroon's Legislative and Municipal Elections, held 30 September 2013. The Team was chaired by Mr Irfan Abdool Rahman, Electoral Commissioner of Mauritius and Electoral Commissioner and was comprised of two experts in total. The Commonwealth Expert Team found that the election campaign and polling day were largely peaceful, with commendable efforts made to meet the benchmarks for democratic elections. The report of the Commonwealth Observer Group for Maldives's presidential election held on 7 September, the re-run election held on 9 November, and the run-off election held on 16 November 2013. The Group was chaired by Dr Lawrence Gonzi, former Prime Minister of Malta, and was comprised of 17 members in total. The Commonwealth Observer Group found that the elections were credible and duly reflected the democratic will of the Maldivian electorate. The Group provided a number of recommendations for how the process might be further strengthened.
