Images of Istanbul is a photographic album devoted to the permanently changing urban face of Istanbul, Turkey. The book captures the manifold character of the city as experienced by Veronika Bernard, a regular visitor to the city. The book analyses contemporary transnational migration through a group of mainland Chinese female expatriates in Britain.
