This work studies propagation of different SH-SAWs treating various configurations using the cubic crystals Bi12SiO20 and Bi12GeO20, which possess strong piezoelectric effect. This book addresses to theoretical investigations of shear-horizontal surface acoustic waves (SH-SAWs) propagating in composites of class 6 mm which can possess piezoelectric and piezomagnetic phases. This theoretical work demonstrates the existence of seven new shear-horizontal surface acoustic waves (SH-SAWs) when different electrical and magnetic boundary conditions are applied. All the discovered SH-SAWs can propagate on the surface of the cubic piezoelectromagnetics along direction [101]. This theoretical work has the purpose to thoroughly investigate the problems of shear-horizontal (SH) interfacial acoustic wave propagation guided by the common interface between two dissimilar piezoelectromagnetic hexagonal half-spaces of class 6 mm.
