This framework consists of problems and casual dependencies between them which are related to teams ineffectiveness, then suggestions in terms of roles and responsibilities have been presented in order to have an effective team. For state-of-practice, This framework, further, has been validated in industry through a survey that determines the effective roles and responsibilities in global software development.

True dedication to research has been a passion for the author. He is graduated in software engineering from BTH, Sweden and published several research papers in IEEE. His research interests are requirements engineering, software testing, and global software development. He is working in UAE University as assistant researcher in IT department.
