The cardiac MRI segmentation problem, precisely the segmentation of the right and left ventricles is known for many years ago. Unlike the left ventricle, the right ventricle is difficult to be segmented cause of its not uniformed shape in addition to the fineness of the endocard (internal heart muscle).
