Foreign languages have been present in students' minds all around the world. However, mastering a language is not that easy and students have not been able to speak foreign languages correctly and fluently on a personal or professional level. Hence, the importance of the policies of countries and educational institutions where it was established what foreign language should be taught, the teaching hours, didactic material and time to be used for study. The result was that each institution developed its program according to its needs. This caused a problem to the students who for any personal reasons changed from one educational institution to another; they could not approve the foreign language course despite the time and effort employed. Shortcomings were evident in oral and written skills. We concurred with Watcharapunyawong and Yusaha (2012) opinion who state that written skill is difficult to be assimilated by foreign language learners. However, it is also the one that provides the most evidence since the information obtained is recorded on paper. Within the process of acquiring a language, students have to perform different types of exercises.
