In this study many immunological, hematological and virological parameters were evaluated, starting with patient after mastectomy (M) not subjected to any (chemo- or radiotherapy), patients after 3 cycle(a) and patients at the end of 6 cycle(b) of chemotherapy treatment (each cycle lasted 21 days) using protocol CAF (A) and protocol TAC (B) for treatment, 22 patients treated by protocol A and 18 patients treated with protocol B.
