Managing Plastic Wastes has turned to be one of crucial problems, keeping in mind that liquid fuels can be produced from such materials. Investigation and optimization of the positive effects on pyrolysis of polymer mixtures with a new catalyst of ferrous material on Al2O3 support has been studied in this work. The chosen catalyst is a novel catalyst named AIT100, which is made and developed in Research Center of Abadan Institute of Technology. The catalyst categorizes in acidic catalyst group, which are suitable for cracking of heavy hydrocarbons. Three samples consisting high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene terephthalate were picked and the setup was designed for determining the effects of temperature and catalyst/polymer ration on conversion of these samples into liquid fuels. The liquid products, the conversion, the gasoline content and gasoline/polymer ratio variances were analyzed and their adequacies were verified separately also their interactions were investigated.
