In this book, we have presented a Data Warehouse architecture that collects heterogeneous data from various OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) systems, in addition to the basic ELT (Extract, Load, and Transfer) /ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process. Further, it also discusses a wide range of knowledge discovery techniques used to extract knowledge out of the streaming data or static data present in such a DataWarehouse.

Dr Khan (Ph.D., M.Phil., NTA-UGC-NET, MCA, BCA) has completed her degrees in Computer Application at University of Kashmir. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and has attended various national and international conferences. Research interests: Machine Learning, Softcomputing and design of optimization algorithms for intelligent systems.
