Kevin Schenk was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on the 3rd of November 1987. He went to school in Canada until the age of 10, and moved to Germany with his family in 1998. There he completed his Fachabitur in IT in 2006, and after a brief stint in the German army, studied Business Administration in Mainz. At that institution he wrote this thesis.
