This study is conducted to check the impact of empowering leadership on the employee's creativity through the mediating role of knowledge sharing. One of the issue is lack of knowledge sharing in the organization that may be overcome with the help of empowering leadership, literature also supports that creativity of employees enhances though the empowering leadership and knowledge sharing.
