"The printed book is a well-written overview of the physiologic consequence, etiology, and current treatment algorithms used in the care of a pediatric patient with liver failure. ... Pediatric Liver Intensive Care would be a welcome addition to any pediatric critical care library and would greatly supplement the education of residents, fellows, and faculty clinicians involved in the care of these particularly ill and vulnerable patients."
