Ovidiu Nicolescu, professor of management in the Economic University of Bucharest, President of the Romanian Scientific Management Society, President of National Romanian SMEs Association, Vicepresident of European Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He published 81 books (single or as main author) and 501 studies in 21 countries.
