On the basis of these calculations,it has been proven that these compounds have more potential than indomethacin for the inhibition of anti-coagulation and inflammation activities of vPLA2. These compounds can be co-crystallized with PLA2 and the in vitro binding mode and energy could be studied.

Prof. Umesh Yadava,started his career as Lecturer at MGPG College, Gorakhpur (UP) in 2001.He joined Department of Physics, DDU Gorakhpur University in 2003. He is the recipients of DST Young Scientist under FAST Track Scheme, and UGC Raman Fellowship Awards. He has one year Postdoctoral research experience at AECOM, New York, USA.
