Rosie has wondered since a very young age about an unused old secret building on the base. Having heard all sorts of stories about what was inside the strange building she eventually decided that she just had to find out if they were true. Aided by her best friend Gracie and her sister Lottie, Rosie put together her Plan to find out the big secret. The story takes the reader through a tale of mystery, humour, adventure and occasionally a little sadness as the heroines come to terms with their new lives and the discovery of the building's secrets. It's a great story for those in the scouts, guides or military cadets but is also just as readable for anyone else.
