O autorze

Lucian Morris  is a Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services Consulting practice. He is a banking technology specialist with a broad range and depth of experience in the field of banking technology. Lucian has worked with many of the UK high street banking organisations, working on strategy, technology deployment and M&A transactions. He has a special interest in new banks, having helped launch Metro Bank in his role there as interim CIO and has provided guidance to a number of other potential new entrants. Finally, Lucian’s experience has provided him with a sound understanding of the UK and European regulatory regime and its impact on banks’ use of technology. Tim  Walker  is a former Partner in Deloitte’s Financial Services Consulting practice. He is an expert in banking technology with more than two decades of experience working for banking and payments institutions of all sizes in all major markets. His experience includes implementation of front, middle and back office technology and the consequential business change, expert reviews of implementation projects and existing technology investments, undertaking technology due diligence in support of banking M&A transactions, and leading transformations of banks’ technology organisations. Tim has been a regular speaker on banking technology and an author of a range of articles looking at the business benefits of technology investment and transformation in the banking sector.
