This study investigated how pastors and ministers' perception of organizational servant leadership was related to their job satisfaction. 72 pastors and 72 ministers out of 145 multi-staff SBC churches in Tarrant County, Texas participated in this study (n=144). The Organizational Leadership Assessment (OLA) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ short-form) were utilized.
