Most ethical issues are not considered. An example is the ethical, moral and legal behavior of public officials. Internal ethical issues evolve into ethical and social responsibility concerns between organizations or countries. This occurs either because of a shift in corporate and public attitudes towards certain practices or exposure to some practices which are not of our value, norms and culture.There is need for ethics and social responsibility, into our leadership and our society
