Fibro-Calculous Pancreatic Diabetes (FCPD) is a subset of Malnutrition Related Diabetes Mellitus (MRDM) and a form of secondary to tropical calcific pancreatitis. Aetiopathogenesis and clinical picture particularly in context of under nutrition and growth retardation regarding FCPD varies in different socio-economic status and geographical area as well. Pathological changes of pancreas due to presence of large intraductal pancreatic stones, of unknown origin, may be considered as the cause of numerous clinical symptoms in FCPD. I felt the urge to explore the unexplained aetiopathology of this multifactorial, fatal disorder, influenced by environmental and genetic factors. I had tried to treat the problem clinically, biochemically and immunogenetically to consolidate all the causative factors, stand responsible for this uncommon hyperglycaemia. I choose the population of gengetic plain of mixed socio-economic status and geographical variation as well. I hope this information will help interested persons to find a clue that lies behind the deadly attack.
