More often than not there are many challenges in family leadership particularly when the younger members (children) mature up. Hence there is need for strength, courage and spiritual insight. For a Christian family to be described as healthy there must be some flavoring ingredients in the family. Such ingredients may include; open communication lines, transparent use of resources, appreciation of all members, unquestionable intimacy between the couple etc.
