The Author: Ignacio Pérez Domínguez was born in 1974 in Zaragoza (Spain). After obtaining his degree in Applied Economics from the University of Zaragoza in 1997, he worked for internationally acting enterprises in the fields of finance and technology. In 2001 he completed a MSc in Environmental Economics at Imperial College, University of London. Since then, the author has been working as a Scientific Researcher at the Institute for Agricultural Policy at the University of Bonn.
