The author was born in 1959, in the small town of Krepoljin, Serbia. He completed studies and received his doctorate at the University of Defence in Belgrade in the field of management. Now, he is a reputable professor at the Faculty of project and innovation management, the Military Academy in Belgrade, and the School of Law and Safety in Nis.
