The purpose of this book was to develop efficient arrangements for work safety in compliance with Russian norms. In addition, the task was to develop extra arrangements for work safety in compliance with Finnish norms. During the comparison of Russian and Finnish norms should be developed new arrangements for work safety for Russian construction companies, which can be useful for many different construction projects in Russia. The basic material for this book was the project of the organization of construction (POS - general documentation about construction works). Based on it arrangements for work safety in compliance with Russian norms were developed. Also based on Finnish norms further decisions for work safety and arrangements for monitoring of compliance of work safety during construction were developed. The results can be applied during the design of works. They will be useful also during the execution of construction works in Russia.
