Cynthia Biggs, Ed.D., is a graduate of Saint Joseph s University
in Pennsylvania, where she serves as an adjunct professor in the
Education Department. She also teaches Freshman Composition at
the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

A veteran songwriter from the Sound of Philadelphia era, her
musical legacy spans over three decades.
