Charles Mutasa is an independent development policy consultant and a PhD candidate at the University of Zimbabwe. He has writren extensively on Africa's development challenges and state-civil society relations. He is also the editor of the book "Africa and the Millennium Development Goals: Progress, Problems and Prospects".
