ZENKER Ilona, born 1965, studied at the University of Augs-burg/Germany Law including special finance- and business-administration sciences, and graduated with a P.hD. in Law. After serving as a lawyer at court and in public service, since 1994 she is self-employed as a (founding-) executive partner of a law firm, specialised in counselling and representing private owned (international) companies as well as public corporations and trusts. From the beginning in 1994 she is permanently practising the full scale of German Labour Law. She is also Member of various Law associations and teaches her deeply profound theoretical and practical knowledge, experienced in countless cases, as a lecturer at University.
POPESCU Carmina, born 1981, studied at the University of Bucharest/Romania and graduated with a P.hD. in Law and with a Master degree in Public Administration. Since 2004 she is constantly engaged in Romanian Labour Law, Social Security Law and Familiy Law. She is (founding-) member of various Law and Administration associations and has as a (co-) author published dozens of studies in national and international specialised journals. She teaches her deeply profound theoretical and practical knowledge, experienced in countless cases, as a lecturer at University.
NENU Carmen, born 1968, studied at the University of Bucharest/Romania and graduated with a P.hD. in Law and with a Master degree in European Public Affairs Management. After serving as a legal adviser and deputy chief for labor-law related public institutions since 1994, and after working as a lawyer, since 2000 she teaches her deeply profound theoretical and practical knowledge, experienced in countless cases, as a lecturer at University. From 1997 to 2007 she was President of an NGO with social purposes. Beside that, she is also member of various Law Associations and author of dozens of articles and studies in the field of labor-law and labor-law related issues.
