One of the very pertinent problems in electromagnetics is the fast and accurate design and analysis of complex guided structures. Ghosh received his Bachelors of Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and the Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. He is engaged in research on efficient antennas, guided wave structures and metamaterials.
