For example prostaglandin E2 used for cervical ripening has been considered under pregnancy category C drug having potential side effects On the other hand natural childbirth without medication is beneficial both for mother and baby and as both are more active it brings early bonding between the two.Treasure of Ayurveda is never ending, but it lies hidden very deep that needs to be explored.The present study conducted to evaluate the efficacy Matra Vasti (medicated oil enema) and Yoni Picchu (vaginal tampoon of medicated oil) given from 9 th month of pregnancy for the purpose of easy and natural termination of labour revealed significant results
