Writerstake a risks when they compose thoughts that representhow they process the world in which they live and solidifytheir place in it. At the same time, the reader also takesa risk to embrace an opportunity to make meaning in theirown lives. This reciprocal meaning cements a relationshipbetween reader and writer that cannot be defined or fragmented.Many times, in the classroom, student success isdependent upon ability to arrange external information inclear and concise forms. We all know that life is rarelyclear and concise and the most effective method for relayingour interpretation of it typically rests within ourselves, not someone else. Transformations abound beyond thecover of this book. Words become passages to understandingfor everyone involved.
