Opis

An accident leads to the death of Jimbo Ferris. The responsible party runs away. The police arrive. Two witnesses tell two different stories, and the accident suddenly becomes a crime. An arrest is made. One of the officers, however, suspects that the wrong person has been arrested, revises the original report, and begins an investigation. Another accidental death takes place, this one a mistaken-identity murder, and suddenly the lives of the original perpetrator, the arrested person, police officers, both victims' family members, and people with little connection to either death undergo changes. It's a quirky crowd. Some do well, some don't, some you like, some you don't, some are dreamers, some are angry, some are in love, some are out of love, and some, it seems, may be a little kooky. One thing is clear: The ripple effect is alive and well.
