The present work is one of the first studies that focus on the diagnosis of the management of DM in the city of Kasba Tadla by monitoring the services provided by the company delegating the cleaning services. A survey was carried out in this sense to know the rate of satisfaction of the customers, the citizens and the administrations. According to our study, the main difficulty with regard to the management of household waste is more cultural and communicational than managerial. Experimental tests for the treatment of leachates by natural evaporation and solar evaporation have been carried out. Indeed, the experimental protocols were set up and the test pilots were built and tested in-situ in the form of evaporation tanks. The experimental tests were carried out under variable climatic conditions in summer and winter seasons and according to the parameters affecting the evaporative capacity of the experimental tanks.
