Dr. Sarra Samra Benharrats is a lecturer in psychiatry at the University of Oran 1, practising at the Sidi Chami psychiatric hospital in Algeria. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Health from the University of Oran 2, and a Certificate of Specialised Studies in Biostatistics from the Faculty of Medicine in Oran in 2016.
