de Lange, Harry

de Lange is professor emeritus of economics at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands. He has served at the Dutch Central Planning Bureau, on the Working Committee on Church and Society of the World Council of Churches, and as president of Holland's highest-profile development cooperation agency.
