Zhang, Xin

Dr Xin Zhang is a solicitor and a qualified PRC lawyer; Ph.D. in Law (London), LL. M (London) and Master of Laws (Xiamen University, PRC). He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Advisor in the PRC. He has published widely on WTO and trade, international finance, foreign direct investment and tax in legal and trade journals and is the author of The Law and Practice of International Tax Treaties in China.
