Zayac, Josie

Dr. Josie Zayac has been an educator for over 30 years and got the idea for her "close up" books while hiking in Sequoia National Park with her family. Her desire is to help children of all ages appreciate the National Parks and take the time to look closely at nature. Her goal is to visit the National Parks in all 50 states. Born in Ohio, Dr. Zayac now lives in Maryland with her husband. They have instilled the love of nature in their three grown children.
