Carlos P. Zalaquett is Professor in the Department of Psychological and Social Foundations at the University of South Florida (USF). He serves as the coordinator of the Mental Health Counseling Specialization and the Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Counseling. He is also a member of Status of Latinos (SOL), a USF presidential advisory committee, and the USF Successful Latina/o Student Recognition Awards Program.
